Interview on SGGW–IPB academic collaboration in the podcast – Landscape Architecture Under Climate Change

On the IPB TV channel (YouTube platform), a new episode of IPB Podcast titled Landscape Architecture Under Climate Change was released, featuring an interview with dr hab. Beata Gawryszewska, prof. SGGW – project leader of the Polish-Indonesian double master’s degree in landscape architecture – landscape architecture under planetary climate change conditions and Dr. Ir. Nurhayati, MSc. (Institut Pertanian Bogor), a member of the project team. 

The conversation focused on academic collaboration between the SGGW and IPB teams, plans related to the double master’s program in landscape architecture, and the challenges facing landscape architects in the context of climate change. 

In the podcast, viewers will know, among other things: 

• the role of landscape architects in diagnosing climate-related problems and seeking solutions to mitigate the negative impacts of these changes on the environment and human life, 
• how to design landscapes that reduce the effects of climate change, are resilient, and adapted to new environmental conditions, 
• which skills and competencies should future specialists – landscape architects – possess in the era of global climate change.
